Power Flow (heated)
Power flow is an energetic form of yoga where you move from one pose to the next while connecting your breath to your movements. This class is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. The practice supports elevation of personal vitality and physical ability to create accelerated results in overall body strength and confidence while calming your mind by focusing on the present moment and breath. Most of our power yoga classes are Baptiste Power Yoga flows.
If you don’t have a membership or class package, the Community Power Flow classes are for a $5 drop-in.
Align + Flow (gently heated)
Align + Flow is similar to our power flow but at a slightly slower pace. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body, and asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. This class allows you to work at your own level taking modifications and variations suitable for your practice. The class is not as hot as our “heated” classes, but you’re still guaranteed to break a sweat. Align+Flow is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Yoga For A Cause (heated)
This is our only 100% donation-based class. We choose a local non-profit for all proceeds to benefit. The class will be a power flow suitable for all levels. Currently, proceeds from this class benefit Lafayette County Literacy Council. The LCLC’s mission is to improve the quality of life in Oxford and Lafayette County through literacy and reading.
Hip Hop Asana (heated)
Hip Hop asana is a power flow class set to loud beats. Song requests encouraged! The practice supports elevation of personal vitality and physical ability to create accelerated results in overall body strength and confidence.
Buti Yoga (unheated)
Buti is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group.
Vinyasa Flow (unheated)
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way” like yoga poses, for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The term covers a broad range of yoga styles and each one of our teachers will put their own spin on it.
All Levels Vinyasa Flow (unheated)
This class is a slower-paced version of our vinyasa flow. It is designed for all levels of experience and physical ability. Restorative poses and props are incorporated into these classes.
Refresh & Restore (unheated)
This class is intended for anyone, of any level that needs a more grounding, calming practice, to decrease stress or anxiety, or to balance out high-intensity workouts. The class included gentle movement, stretching, breath work, restorative poses, and an extended savasana with essential oils. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Deep Release (unheated)
A non-flow, restorative based class focused on deep stretching and meditation. Come decompress from a long day, recover from injuries, or get rid of everyday aches and pains. this class consists of primarily floor poses held for 1-3 minutes to loosen connective tissue and ends with an extended savasana.
